‘Historische Huizen Gent’ has organized from 27 November 2015 – 10 April 2016 the exhibtion:

History @ The Movies in Sint-Pietersabdij, Gent, Belgium .

To be seen are costumes from f.i. Hugh Grant, Keira Knightley, Emma Thompson en Colin Firth in the exhibition History @ The Movies in de Sint-Pietersabdij, Gent. Costumes from historic films and series as The Tudors, Sense and Sensibility, Casanova and The White Queen. With lush costumes and romantic movie scènes brings this unique exhibition you to the distant past or more recent history. There are 30 original garments from wel known British productions.

More than 80 masterpieces by the 19th century artist Alma Tadema are in the Frisian Museum for the exhibition Alma-Tadema: Classical Charm.
